Description
Notes: Two sea urchin specimens attached to a black board placed inside a rectangular glass jar. The specimens are off white in colour and have round bodies and long thin spines extending from the body. The liquid has a yellow tinge to it. Hand written in black ink on cream paper placed loosely on top of the lid is 'SEA URCHIN COELOPLEURUS MALLARI AMBOYNA STN 193'. Hand written in pencil on white paper inside the jar is 'Cidauis Gounena off Tenerife'. The jar is just under half full of liquid. The top specimen is dry and the bottom specimen is  covered by liquid. Some of the spines if the specimens are broken or bent in the wrong direction. The specimens are in bad condition.
