Notes: Specimen in John Phillips' tray, made from a Ladies' Ticket for the British Association for the Advancement of Science meeting held in Birmingham in 1849. Handwritten label accompanying specimen reads "Juan Fernandez Cumberland Bay". Handwritten label on waterproof paper reads "Juan Fernandez".
