Notes: Handwritten label accompanying specimen reads "Uspallata Pass Chilian Andes.". Another handwritten label reads "Saline incrustation found under a bridge on the Uspall- ata pass given to me by a Chilian living on the pass. Probably from the Incas bridge "a natural bridge" on the Mendoza side of the pass. I did not quite understand the spanish of the donor. The underlined part is all I gathered".
