Notes: Two specimens mounted onto a black board placed in a rectangular glass jar. The specimens are black in colour. The bottom specimen displays the underside of the specimen and is cream in colour. The top specimen displays the top part of the animal.Attached to the outside of the glass jar is a black label attached to a brown piece of material tied around the glass jar. Hand written in white ink on the label is '"SEA URCHIN" ? Echinus'. The brown material is looselt tied to the jar. Typed in black ink on an off white label on the bottom of the black label is 'From Trustess, Brit. Mus. "Challenger Coll"'. The glass jar is  full of liquid. About half of the top specimen is not covered by liquid. Some of the spines have broken off or been squished as the jar is not broad enough for the specimens and their spines. The liquid has a yellowish tinge to is.
